However, I truly appreciated the attentiveness and customer service provided by Cristy, who I initially assumed was the owner due to her demeanor and her vast knowledge about everything in the store. To my surprise, she is actually an employee with a managerial presence. She is courteous but not at all hesitant to make you feel at ease and engage in conversation.
